Eight capabilities, one database

These are not eight products wired together. It is one system in which the hour someone logged, the material taken out of stock and the machine's due date are the same data, seen from different angles.

01Traceability of the work

Whatever left your company can retrace its steps

Every job is tied to what it came out of: the material batches, the steps it went through, the people who carried them out. The link is made at the moment of execution, by scanning, not by filling in a logbook at the end of the day. Two years later, on a complaint, you look up one code and the whole route appears.

The same rule applies to machines: each one's record holds the completed jobs, with the order number, the procedure worked to, and the date it was finished.

A machine's history
A machine's history: completed jobs, each with its order number, the procedure worked to, the scheduled date, the completion date, the state and the priority.
02Efficiency of your people

Time is measured, not declared

People work from a phone or a tablet, where the work is: scan, start the step, finish it, record the material used. Two things come out of that which an end-of-day timesheet cannot give — the real duration of each step, and the load on the team right now.

A team screen shows who is working and for how long, who has a job assigned and has not started it, and who is free. The job opens from the same card.

Technicians
The technicians screen: one card per person, with the job in progress, the running timer and the state — working, assigned or free.
03Machine and tool maintenance

Machines and tools do not stop you in delivery week

The whole fleet in one list, with the next due date on every row. Each machine has its procedures written step by step, with the materials each step needs and the skill required of whoever performs it. A procedure is not deleted when it changes: it is archived, and the new one starts from a copy — so you know which version was worked to last year.

The fleet list shows the internal code, the manufacturer, the model, the state and the maintenance due date, with overdue rows marked in red.

04Real-time reporting

The month's figures, on the day they happen

Material cost, labour and consumption add up as the work is done, out of the same records the work runs on. The report is not assembled at month end from a spreadsheet one person keeps; it is read at any time, over the interval you choose.

One screen shows the consumption of every material over the chosen interval, with actual cost next to estimated, broken down by month and by the machines that consumed it.

05Preventive alerts

What comes next schedules itself

The rules are written once — the procedure, the machine, the interval — and from there the jobs are scheduled without anyone having to ask. Same with materials: below the reorder threshold, the system proposes the purchase instead of waiting for someone to remember.

The trigger list shows, for each rule, the machine, the due date and the interval, and anything past its date shows as due.

06AI models on your own data

You ask in your own words, it answers from your own data

The models read your database — machine states, due jobs, consumption — not a general model guessing about some factory somewhere. “Which services are due this week on the cutting line” becomes a question with an answer, not a report to request from someone.

What they produce is visible without asking: every machine has its predictions tab, with the services due in the next 90 days, the materials needed and their cost worked out in advance. The assistant's chat screen joins this page once the hub client key is configured.

07Centralised communication

The conversation with the customer sits next to their order

Correspondence no longer lives in one person's inbox: it is attached to the customer and to their order, so whoever picks the work up sees everything that was said. When the key person goes on holiday or leaves, the conversation stays.

Today over e-mail. WhatsApp is the next step, and it is written as exactly that: not a feature we are promising you today.

08Lead qualification and follow-up

Enquiries stop getting lost between phone calls

Every enquiry enters a pipeline with stages, a person responsible and the next step written down. The quote is built from the product catalogue, versioned, cloned for the next variant and sent to the customer as a PDF — not as the third file with the same name.

The pipeline stages are configured around the way you sell, not the way the software was shipped.
