Four things we do differently
We start from what you already do, not from what you should do
A system that asks a company to change its processes before being useful never gets implemented. We configure the platform around the existing flow, then clear out of it what visibly no longer has a purpose.
We write down what we do not do
Every industry page has a section on the capabilities that do not apply to it. WhatsApp is written as the next step, not as a feature. A platform that claims to do everything for everyone says nothing about anyone.
The data stays yours
The AI models read your database, not a general model trained on somebody else. The installation can be on your servers or on ours, and a full export is a feature, not a negotiation.
We deliver in pieces that get used
We do not start a one-year project. The first piece goes into production within weeks and is measured; the next one is decided from what was seen, not from the plan written in the first month.

The money side, said plainly
Many digitalisation projects are funded — European or national. We are not funding consultants and we do not promise the money comes through. What we do: we tell you which parts of the platform fit a funding file, we prepare the documents asked of the supplier, and we lay out the implementation in stages that remain usable even if the funding deadline moves.
If you already work with a funding consultant, we talk to them directly. If you do not, we will tell you honestly when we think the project is worth doing without funding too.
