The stock in the system is the stock on the shelf
A warehouse degrades slowly. First a pallet is moved without being recorded, then goods are picked from another lot because it was closer, then a difference is corrected so the count adds up. Six months later the number in the software is an opinion. The platform does not ask for extra discipline; it asks for a scan where someone is already touching the goods.
Warehouse manager or head of logistics
An own or third-party warehouse with one to ten thousand references, where the stock in the software and the stock on the shelf drift apart slowly, and the gap is discovered at stocktake.
What happens today, without a system
The stock in the system is not the stock on the shelf
Goods move between locations without being recorded, get picked from a pallet other than the reserved one, and a difference is corrected so the number adds up. Each deviation is small; their sum is why nobody commits to a delivery date any more without first walking over to look.
A wrong pick is discovered at the customer
The similar product goes out, the similar packaging, the reference that differs by one digit. Nothing stops the mistake on the way out, because nothing checks what was taken. The cost is not the product, it is the return transport, the reshipment and the conversation.
Stocktake stops the operation
The warehouse closes, two days are spent counting, the differences are hunted in a spreadsheet and adjusted with a single number, without anyone knowing where the loss happened. The next count starts again from a figure nobody believes.
Nobody knows what one person does in a day
You know how many people were on shift and how many orders went out. Nothing measured connects the two, so you cannot say whether the second shift is slower, whether one zone of the warehouse eats the time, or whether you need another person or a different route.
Returns have no history
Goods come back, go into stock again and lose their past: which delivery they left on, why they came back, whether they can be resold or have been opened. By the same customer's third return, the conversation still starts from nothing.
The capabilities, written in your language
They are the same eight capabilities everywhere; only the names of the things they track change. Where there is a screenshot, it is from the real application, with real data.
- 01Traceability of the work
Every movement has an author and a reason
Entry, exit, transfer, adjustment, return, consumption — each one is a double-entry record, with the person who made it, the location the goods left and the one they arrived in. Locations are a tree, from the building down to the shelf and the bin in it, and the lot and serial travel with the goods all the way to the customer they were delivered to.
In a lot recall, the question “who received it” has an answer in seconds, by delivery, not in days spent going through paperwork.
- 02Efficiency of your people
Picking follows a list, with a scan
The picking list is built from the order and worked through on a scanner: every line is confirmed by scanning the product and the location. What does not match does not go further. Time is measured per line, not estimated per shift.
One screen shows who is working and for how long, who has a job assigned and has not started it, who is free.
- 03Preventive alerts
Stock asks for its own reorder
The reorder point is set per product and per warehouse. Below it, the system proposes an order to the supplier linked to that product, with the quantity worked out from consumption and from what is already reserved. It does not wait for someone to notice the empty shelf.
For goods with an expiry date the same rule works on shelf life: lots approaching their date raise themselves into view while they can still be sold.
- 04Real-time reporting
The value of your stock, on the method you actually use
Stock is valued on FIFO, LIFO or FEFO, according to how you work rather than how the software happened to ship. Total, reserved and available are three separate figures, held per product, per warehouse and per lot, so that what is already promised is not sold twice.
Reports are read over the range you choose, with consumption broken down by month and by location — not at month end, from a file one person keeps.
- 05Machine and tool maintenance
A forklift is equipment, with due dates like any other
Forklifts, electric pallet trucks and racking have periodic checks and servicing procedures. They sit in the same module as factory machines: a record, a procedure written step by step, the due date on the row, the history of interventions. It does not lead this page, but it is already paid for and already there.
Whatever has fallen behind is marked in the list, with the due date and the interval it was calculated from.
- 06Centralised communication
The complaint sits next to the delivery it came from
Correspondence with customers and suppliers is attached to the order and to the delivery, not to one person's inbox. Whoever picks the case up the next day sees what was said and what was promised. Email today; WhatsApp is the next step, not something we promise you today.
The customer record gathers the orders, the deliveries, the invoices and the history of the conversation in one place.
- 07AI models on your own data
You ask in your own words, it answers from your own data
“Which lots expire within 30 days and are still in stock” or “which zone of the warehouse ate the most picking time last month” are questions with answers. The assistant reads from your own database, not from a general model that guesses.
What it produces is visible even without asking: the due dates and the purchasing needs for the next 90 days are a list, not a surprise.
The capabilities that have no place here
We write them out. A platform that claims to do everything for everyone says nothing about anyone.
Lead qualification and follow-up
Lead qualification and follow-up does not appear on this page. The warehouse fulfils orders, it does not bring them in; whoever sells sits elsewhere in the company and has their own page. The module exists in the platform and switches on when the company asks for it — but it is not the reason you are looking for a warehouse system.
The same platform, three ways of making things
These are not different modules, they are different configurations of the same system. Each one has a customer in our portfolio.
Distribution warehouse
Goods arrive on pallets and leave as small orders, to dozens of customers a day. What hurts is the sequence: what gets picked, in what order, onto which vehicle.
- The picking list is built from the order and follows the route through the warehouse, not the order in which lines were typed on paper.
- What is reserved on one order cannot be promised on another: available is a separate figure from total, not a subtraction done in someone's head.
- Delivery documents are generated from the same data the picking used, so the note says exactly what went out.
E-commerce fulfilment
Many small orders, many returns, and the end customer sees every mistake. Volume does not forgive a process kept in someone's head.
- Scan confirmation on every line is the only thing that keeps errors under control when hundreds of parcels leave each day.
- A return enters as a movement with a reason and is linked to the delivery it left on, so you know whether the goods can be resold.
- The correspondence with the end customer sits next to their order, not in the inbox of whoever answered first.
Warehouse with lots and expiry dates
Food, materials with a shelf life, medical consumables: what leaves first is not what came in first, it is what expires first.
- FEFO valuation and picking are not a rule written on the wall, they are the rule by which the system proposes the lot.
- In a recall, the path from lot to delivered customer runs both ways, on data, not on paperwork searched by hand.
- The expiry date is recorded at reception, together with the lot, rather than hunted on the packaging on the day it matters.
What changes for each person in the company
Warehouse manager
- Today
- You find out where the goods went missing at stocktake, when it is too late to find out why.
- With the platform
- You see the movements by day, by person and by location, and a discrepancy has a row, not an adjustment.
Stock controller
- Today
- You keep a parallel file with the real stock, because you do not trust the software.
- With the platform
- The stock in the software is the one you see on the shelf, because every movement was scanned when it happened.
Picker
- Today
- You get a list on paper and find the location from memory. If you take the wrong item, you hear it from the customer.
- With the platform
- You work the list on a scanner, confirm the product and the location, and what does not match does not go through.
Goods-in supervisor
- Today
- You compare the invoice with the pallet and write the differences in the margin.
- With the platform
- You receive against the purchase order, with lot and expiry, and the quantity difference stays recorded where it happened.

Published figures, not promises
These are results achieved by real customers and already published. The case studies carrying their names go out once they have validated them.
