The agency does not stop when the person who knew everything leaves
In an agency, the value sits in relationships and in memory: which supplier answers quickly, which client wants a high floor, what margin was given away last time. None of it is written down. The platform does not come to replace the agent, it comes to write down what they know as they work, so the agency stays whole after they go on holiday — or for good.
Agency owner or head of operations
An agency of three to twenty people, where one person knows the suppliers, the margins and the loyal clients, and their departure would leave a gap no file covers.
What happens today, without a system
The knowledge lives in one person's head
Who spoke to the hotel, what was promised, what discount was negotiated last year, which client accepts a stopover and which does not — all of it sits in one person's memory and in their inbox. When they leave, the agency relearns each client from scratch.
Every quotation is built from nothing, again
The same packages, the same suppliers, the same document rebuilt in Word for every enquiry. The third version is called “final2”, and when the client asks what the first one contained, nobody is quite sure any more.
Invoices are processed by hand
Suppliers send invoices by email, in different formats, and someone opens them one by one and types them into the books. It is work with no decision in it, done by a person paid to sell.
The client writes on four channels
They enquire by email, come back by phone, send the passport on WhatsApp and confirm on Facebook. Their file is spread across four channels and two phones, and whoever takes over tomorrow starts by asking again what was agreed.
The capabilities, written in your language
They are the same eight capabilities everywhere; only the names of the things they track change. Where there is a screenshot, it is from the real application, with real data.
- 01Centralised communication
One place for everything that was said
Correspondence is read from the inbox automatically and attached to the client and to their file, not to the person who answered first. Whoever takes the file over tomorrow sees the whole thread, not just the summary they were given. Email today; WhatsApp is the next step, not something we promise you today.
The component that reads the inbox is ported from a real agency project — client in our portfolio: Wens Travel. It is not an integration drawn up for this page.
- 02Lead qualification and follow-up
The enquiry stops getting lost between phone calls
Every enquiry enters a pipeline with stages, with a person responsible and the next step written down. The quotation is composed from the catalogue, versioned and cloned for the next variant, then sent as a PDF. It is not the third file with the same name, it is the third version of the same quotation, with the changes visible.
The stages are configured around the way you sell — enquiry, quotation, option, deposit, final payment — not around the way the software happened to ship.
- 03Traceability of the work
The booking file can tell you its way back
The reservation, the suppliers, the documents, the payments and the date changes all sit on the same file, in the order they happened, with the person who took each step. When the client asks why the price changed, the answer is a line in the history, not a reconstruction.
The same discipline as a factory lot: what changed, who changed it and when, stays recorded on the file.
- 04Real-time reporting
Margin is visible per file, not per year
What the package cost, what was collected, what commission remained — per file, per destination, per agent, over the range you choose. Not at year end, when nobody is left to explain the discount given in June.
Reports are read whenever you want, over the chosen period, from data recorded as the work was done.
- 05Efficiency of your people
You know who is carrying which file
Every file has an owner and a next step, and tasks are confirmed as they are done rather than reported in a meeting. In high season, “who is handling the family leaving on Friday” is a question answered on a screen.
One screen shows who is working and for how long, who has a task assigned and has not started it, who is free.
- 06Preventive alerts
Deadlines stop being remembered
A booking option about to expire, a deposit falling due, documents that must go out before departure — all of them are rules written once, which produce the task themselves, on time. One missed deadline with a supplier costs more than a whole month of software.
Anything past its date appears marked, with the due date and the rule it was calculated from.
- 07AI models on your own data
You ask in your own words, it answers from your own data
“Which files have an unpaid deposit and a departure within two weeks” is a question with an answer, not a report you have to ask someone for. The assistant reads from your own database, not from a general model that guesses.
The same data drives the reading of invoices received by email: what is structured is taken in, what does not match is left for a person.
The capabilities that have no place here
We write them out. A platform that claims to do everything for everyone says nothing about anyone.
Machine and tool maintenance
Equipment maintenance is missing, and it is only fair to say so: a travel agency has no fleet of machines, no servicing recipes and no service due dates. The module is the most visible thing in the platform, but here it has nothing to work on. If we sold it to you anyway, you would have no reason to believe us where it genuinely fits.

Published figures, not promises
These are results achieved by real customers and already published. The case studies carrying their names go out once they have validated them.
