You know where the goods are without calling the driver

A haulage company runs on phone calls. The customer asks where the goods are, the dispatcher calls the driver, the driver answers from a lay-by. You learn what a trip cost two months later, from accounting, when you can no longer change the price. The platform moves those answers onto one screen, and the vehicles ask for their own servicing.

  • Every parcel says where it has been
  • Cost comes out per trip, not per month
  • Every vehicle asks for its own service
  • The deadlines come looking for you
01The problem

What happens today, without a system

01

The customer asks where the goods are, and the answer takes two phone calls

The dispatcher calls the driver, the driver checks where he is, the dispatcher calls the customer back. Ten minutes for something the goods already know about themselves. When three customers call in the same hour, one of them waits until tomorrow.

02

You find out what a trip cost after you have invoiced it

Fuel arrives on a receipt, driver hours on a timesheet, road tolls on a bank statement, and the empty return leg nowhere at all. The four meet in accounting, the following month. By then you have run twenty more trips at the same price.

03

Consignment notes travel as photos on WhatsApp

The driver photographs the signed document and sends it to the group. The photo gets lost among two hundred others, and the invoice waits for it. On a complaint six months later, the search starts with "who still has that chat".

04

The MOT and the tachograph live in one person's head

Servicing, roadworthiness tests, seasonal tyres and tachograph checks sit in a file kept by one person. When that person is on holiday, you learn the deadline on the road, from whoever pulls you over.

02What the platform does

The capabilities, written in your language

They are the same eight capabilities everywhere; only the names of the things they track change. Where there is a screenshot, it is from the real application, with real data.

  1. 01Traceability of the work

Every parcel says where it has been

It is scanned at loading and again at unloading. What went on board stays written down, with the time, who handed it over and who took it, with a photo where the procedure asks for one. The parcel carries its journey with it, not in a chat thread.

Six months later, on a complaint, you look up the parcel code and see the whole journey, with times and signatures.

  2. 02Real-time reporting

Cost comes out per trip, not per month

Fuel, driver hours, road tolls and the empty return leg add up against their own trip, as they happen. When the trip closes you have the figure, not an estimate. You see which customers you earn on and which ones you haul at a loss.

Reports read by customer, by vehicle and by route, over the period you choose — not at month end, from a spreadsheet one person keeps.

  3. 03Machine and tool maintenance

Every vehicle asks for its own service

The truck, the trailer and the forklift each have their own record, with mileage, running hours and the history of every intervention. Servicing is worked out from the kilometres actually driven, not from a date written down a year ago. The mechanic gets the procedure on his phone and leaves behind a photo and a signature on each step.

At month end you see what each vehicle cost you, parts and labour together.

  4. 04Preventive alerts

The deadlines come looking for you

Roadworthiness, servicing, tyres, tachograph, insurance, licence. Each has its date on the vehicle record, and the platform lists them before they run out. The dispatcher can see which vehicle must not go on a long haul next week.

The warning arrives days ahead, on screen and by email, not on the day a patrol stops you.

  5. 05Efficiency of your people

You see who is driving, who is unloading and who is waiting

The driver starts and closes his own trip from his phone. Driving hours, waiting time at the bay and unloading time are measured separately, because they cost you differently. They are not estimated per shift, they are read per trip.

One screen shows who is on the road, who is free, and who has spent three hours in a bay you are paying for.

  6. 06AI models on your own data

Ask in plain language, it answers from your own trips

"Which customer did I lose money on last month" or "which vehicle spent the most time in loading bays" are questions with answers. The assistant reads from your database, not from a general model guessing what a haulage company does.

From mileage, hours and intervention history, the models show which vehicle is starting to behave differently than usual — while it is still running, not after it has broken down.

  7. 07Centralised communication

The conversation sits next to the trip it belongs to

The order, the trip, the documents and the correspondence live in the same place. Whoever picks up the case tomorrow sees what was said and what was promised, without asking on the group. Email today; WhatsApp is the next step, not something we promise you now.

The customer record gathers the orders, the trips, the signed documents and the history of conversations.

03What does not apply

The capabilities that have no place here

We write them out. A platform that claims to do everything for everyone says nothing about anyone.

  • Lead qualification and follow-up

Lead qualification and follow-up does not appear on this page. Haulage runs on framework contracts and on trips that repeat, not on quoting strangers from scratch. The module exists in the platform and switches on when the company asks for it — but it is not why you are looking for a transport system.

04Sub-verticals

The same platform, three ways of making things

These are not different modules, they are different configurations of the same system. Each one has a customer in our portfolio.

General cargo and groupage

You load from several customers on the same trip and unload at different points. Each parcel has its own customer, and the cost of the trip is split between them, not guessed.

  • Parcels from several customers on one trip, each with its own paperwork
  • The empty return leg enters the cost, like any other kilometre
  • The consignment note fills itself from the trip data and is signed on the phone

Fixed-route distribution

The same stops, every week. What matters is proof of delivery and the money collected at the door, not route planning — you already know the route.

  • The route with its stops, reused, not rewritten every Monday
  • The delivery signature on the phone, tied to its own delivery
  • What was collected at the door, per stop, the same day

Freight forwarders

You do not own vehicles, you have subcontractors. The margin sits between what the customer pays you and what you pay the haulier, and it disappears easily in a spreadsheet.

  • Each trip with its haulier and the agreed price
  • The gap between what you collect and what you pay, per trip, not per month
  • The trip documents in one folder, ready to show at an inspection
05By role

What changes for each person in the company

Owner

With the platform

You see the margin by customer, by vehicle and by route. When a customer has cost you more than they paid, you find out on the third trip, not the thirtieth.

Dispatcher

With the platform

You have on screen where every vehicle is and what state its trip is in. When you pick a vehicle for a long haul, the platform shows you which one has a deadline coming up.

Driver

With the platform

You get the trip in the app, with the addresses and what you have to do. You scan at loading and unloading, sign on the phone, and you are done.

Mechanic or fleet manager

With the platform

You see the list of what is coming, weeks ahead. Every intervention leaves behind what was changed, with which part and what it cost.

06Results

Published figures, not promises

These are results achieved by real customers and already published. The case studies carrying their names go out once they have validated them.

On the spot
the answer to "where are the goods"
From the scans at loading and unloading, not from a phone call to the driver.
Per trip
the real cost: fuel, driver, tolls and the empty return leg
Added up while the trip happens, not two months later in accounting.
Ahead of time
roadworthiness, servicing, tyres and tachograph
Listed before they expire, not on the day of the inspection.

See the platform on your own data

One hour, on the real screens, with your questions. No deck, no commitment.
