What was consumed, on which site, from whose order
With three sites running at once, the company is managed from messages. The material request arrives as a message, the confirmation arrives as a message, and at month end the progress is reconstructed from the memory of two people and from invoices. The platform does not ask you to change how people talk on site; it asks that what was requested and what was consumed stay attached to the site, not to somebody's phone.
Owner or project manager
Three to ten sites under way, with subcontractors, with material requests arriving on messaging apps and tools circulating between sites without a trace.
What happens today, without a system
Material requests arrive on messaging apps and get lost
The site manager asks for cement in a group, someone confirms, someone else orders. A week later nobody knows who asked, how much, for which site, or whether it ever arrived. A message is the fastest way to ask and the surest way to forget.
Nobody knows what was consumed on which site
Material is unloaded where it is needed, moved between sites and consumed without a slip. At the end, the cost per job is split proportionally — which means guessed — and the site that ate the most looks exactly like the others.
Subcontractors share no common record
Each brings their own people, their own schedule and their own way of reporting. What each has completed, and in what order, is discovered at the meeting, and when one crew runs late, the one due after them finds out on arrival.
Payment stages are reconstructed from memory
The progress statement is assembled at month end from what each person remembers, from photos on phones and from invoices. Days are lost to the reconstruction, and money is lost on whatever could not be shown to have been done.
Tools circulate between sites without a trace
The poker vibrator, the generator, the welder and the core drill go where they are needed and stay where they finished. Nobody knows where each one is until the morning it is missing, and nobody knows when it was last checked.
The capabilities, written in your language
They are the same eight capabilities everywhere; only the names of the things they track change. Where there is a screenshot, it is from the real application, with real data.
- 01Centralised communication
What was asked for stays with the site, not in a phone
Requests, confirmations and documents are attached to the site and to the line in the bill of quantities, not to one person's inbox or phone. Whoever takes the project over sees the whole thread. Today this works on email, with agents that read and classify what comes in. WhatsApp — the channel the site actually runs on — is the next step, marked as such, not a feature we are selling you today.
The project record gathers the orders, the deliveries, the documents and the history of the conversation about it.
- 02Efficiency of your people
People across several sites, in one plan
Every person and every crew has their jobs assigned on a phone: start the step, finish it, attach the photo where it is required. You see who is on which site and for how long, without anyone calling anyone to find out.
One screen shows who is working and for how long, who has a job assigned and has not started it, who is free.
- 03Machine and tool maintenance
Mobile machines have a record and a due date
The generator, the vibrator, the welder and the core drill enter the same fleet as factory machines: their own code, a QR code, a record with serial number and documents, a servicing procedure and an interval. You know which site each one is on, when it was last checked and what was replaced on it.
Whatever has fallen behind is marked in the list, with the due date and the interval it was calculated from.
- 04Traceability of the work
Consumption stays tied to the site and to the line
Material enters at reception, moves between sites as a transfer, and is consumed against the line in the bill of quantities, by scanning, at the moment it is used. A move between sites is a movement with an author and a reason, not a disappearance from one place and an appearance in another.
At the end, the cost per site is no longer split proportionally: it is the sum of what was recorded there, as the work was done.
- 05Real-time reporting
The progress statement is read, not reconstructed
Labour, materials and machine time add up per project and per line, as the work is done. Progress is read over the range you choose, with real cost next to estimated cost, and the photos attached to the steps are already the evidence, not a gallery to sort through.
The statement documents are composed from the same data, in the document builder, with your own header.
- 06Preventive alerts
Material is ordered before the crew stands still
The reorder point works on consumables, and the requirement is calculated from the project's bill of quantities: below the point, the system proposes an order to the linked supplier. For machines, the same mechanism produces the servicing without anyone remembering it.
Anything past its date appears marked, with the due date and the rule it was calculated from.
- 07AI models on your own data
You ask in your own words, it answers from your own data
“Which materials arrived on the Otopeni site this month and how much was consumed” is a question with an answer, not a report you have to ask someone for. The assistant reads from your own database, not from a general model that guesses.
What it produces is visible even without asking: the purchasing requirement and the servicing due in the next 90 days are a list, not a surprise.
The capabilities that have no place here
We write them out. A platform that claims to do everything for everyone says nothing about anyone.
Lead qualification and follow-up
Lead qualification and follow-up does not appear here. Work is won at tender and through relationships, with documentation that does not fit on a pipeline card, and you build your tender pricing in the specialised software you already own. We do not pretend to replace it. What we bring starts after the signature, on the day the site opens.
What changes for each person in the company
Project manager
- Today
- You assemble the progress statement from photos, invoices and what everyone remembers.
- With the platform
- You read progress over the range you choose, with real cost next to estimated cost and the photos already attached to the steps.
Site manager
- Today
- You ask for material in a message group and find out a week later that nobody ordered it.
- With the platform
- You request the material against the line in the bill of quantities, and the request stays with the site, with an answer and a date.
Procurement
- Today
- You gather requests from three groups and try to match them to each site's budget.
- With the platform
- The requirement is calculated from the bills of quantities, and below the threshold the order proposes itself to the linked supplier.
Subcontractor
- Today
- You report what you have done however you see fit, and payment is argued at month end.
- With the platform
- You confirm the steps from your phone, with photos where required, and what you have done is visible in the same order as everyone else's.
