You can prove which part you fitted, on which car, and when

A workshop is judged on the second visit. The customer comes back with the same fault and asks what you changed last time. If the answer has to be hunted through paper slips, the conversation is lost before it starts. The platform links the job sheet to the part fitted, the person who fitted it and the car it went on — at the moment the work is done.

Who this page is for

Owner or workshop manager

A workshop with three to ten bays, where the job sheet changes during the repair, and a warranty complaint means digging through slips to find which part was fitted.

01The problem

What happens today, without a system

01

The job sheet changes along the way and nobody knows why

The car is opened up, two more jobs appear, the customer is called, approval is given over the phone. The final total is a third higher than the one quoted at the counter, and nothing shows what was added, when, or who approved it. The conversation at the till is handled by reception, not by whoever decided.

02

Parts reserved for one job disappear into another

The part was set aside for tomorrow's car, but went on today's, because it was on the shelf and it was needed. Tomorrow it is ordered again, delivered in two days, and the bay stands idle. Nobody made a mistake; nothing was holding the reservation.

03

Labour times are declared, not measured

You invoice by the book, or by what you said it takes. How long it actually took, nobody knows, so you cannot say which job is profitable, which mechanic is fast, or why the same operation takes a different time depending on who does it.

04

Bays stand idle, and not for lack of customers

A bay occupied by a car waiting for a part is a lost bay. Scheduling happens in a notebook or on a whiteboard, and when one job runs long, everything after it is rearranged over the phone, with customers turning up for nothing.

05

Warranty on a repair cannot be proved

The customer comes back four months later. Which part it was, from which supplier, from which lot, who fitted it and following what procedure — all of it exists somewhere, on paper. By the time you find it, replacing the part again is cheaper than searching.

02What the platform does

The capabilities, written in your language

They are the same eight capabilities everywhere; only the names of the things they track change. Where there is a screenshot, it is from the real application, with real data.

  1. 01Efficiency of your people

What is being worked on in each bay, right now

Every mechanic carries their jobs on a phone or a tablet: start the operation, finish it, record the part used. Time is measured on each operation rather than declared at the end of the day, so after a month you know how long a timing belt actually takes in your workshop.

One screen shows who is working and for how long, who has a job assigned and has not started it, who is free. The job opens from the same card.

  2. 02Traceability of the work

Job sheet → part → car → warranty

Every part fitted stays linked to the job sheet, the car, the supplier and lot it came from, and the person who fitted it. Four months later, when a complaint arrives, you search the car and everything is there: what was changed, when, by whom and under what warranty.

Changes to the job sheet stay visible: what was added after the car was opened up, when, and who approved it — not a single final total, larger than the one quoted.

  3. 03Machine and tool maintenance

Your own lift has due dates too

Lifts, the alignment rig, the diagnostic tester and the compressor are equipment with periodic checks and procedures of their own. They enter the same module as a factory's fleet: a record, a procedure written step by step, the due date on the row, the history of interventions. The module serves the workshop, not only its customers.

Whatever has fallen behind is marked in the list, with the due date and the interval it was calculated from.

  4. 04Real-time reporting

Which job earns money and which just occupies a bay

Measured labour, the parts used and their cost add up as the work is done. They are read by job type, by mechanic and by range, with real cost next to invoiced cost. The data required for reporting to the authority — what was done, on which vehicle, with which parts — is collected during the work anyway.

Reports are read over the range you choose, not at month end, from a file one person keeps.

  5. 05Preventive alerts

The part is ordered before the bay stands idle

The reorder point works on consumables and fast-moving parts: below it, the system proposes an order to the linked supplier. What is reserved on one job sheet stays reserved — available is a separate figure from total, not a subtraction done in someone's head.

The same rule holds the servicing of your own equipment: the job appears in the plan without anyone asking for it.

  6. 06Lead qualification and follow-up

Enquiries and fleet contracts stop getting lost

An enquiry from the website, a booking and a quotation for a fleet enter a pipeline with stages, with a person responsible and the next step written down. The quotation is composed from the catalogue of operations and parts, versioned, and sent as a PDF.

The stages are configured around the way you work — enquiry, booking, job sheet, approval, work — not around the way the software happened to ship.

  7. 07AI models on your own data

You ask in your own words, it answers from your own data

“Which jobs ran over the estimated time this month” or “which parts have I replaced twice on the same car” are questions with answers, not reports you have to ask someone for. The assistant reads from your own database, not from a general model that guesses.

What it produces is visible even without asking: the due dates of your own equipment for the next 90 days, with the materials needed, are a list rather than a surprise.

03What does not apply

The capabilities that have no place here

We write them out. A platform that claims to do everything for everyone says nothing about anyone.

  • Centralised communication

Centralised communication does not appear on this page. The moment that matters in a workshop is the approval of extra work, given over the phone or on WhatsApp, in five minutes, with the car up on the lift. The platform's centralised inbox works on email today, and email does not catch that moment. When the WhatsApp channel ships, this capability moves to the top of the page; until then we do not sell it.

05By role

What changes for each person in the company

Owner

Today
You know what you invoiced, not how long it took. Profitability by job type is an impression.
With the platform
You see measured labour next to invoiced labour, by job type and by mechanic.

Service advisor

Today
At the till you explain a total you were not present for when it grew.
With the platform
You show what was added, when, and who approved it, on the same job sheet.

Mechanic

Today
You write on a slip what you did and how long it took, and someone else types it in during the evening.
With the platform
You start the operation from a tablet, record the part used, and the time measures itself.

Parts controller

Today
The part set aside for tomorrow goes on another car today, and you order it again.
With the platform
What is reserved on one job sheet cannot be promised on another, and below the threshold the order proposes itself.
06Results

Published figures, not promises

These are results achieved by real customers and already published. The case studies carrying their names go out once they have validated them.

Part → car
the link that keeps a warranty standing four months later
What the platform does, not a client figure. Case studies, with names and numbers, are published once they have been validated.
Measured time
on each operation, not declared at the end of the day
After a month, the book time can be compared with what it actually takes in your workshop.
Reserved ≠ available
a part promised to one job sheet does not leave on another
Available is a separate figure from total, held per product and per lot.
